The location was close enough to the beach to walk to, it was quite and easy to relax in. The furniture was comfortable and clean the kitchen has updated appliances and user friendly. All in all will definitely be renting again next year. The Owners have done a FANTASTIC job of putting it all together.

We can’t say one bad thing about this condo! Everything was up to date, modern and most of all CLEAN! There was plenty of everything - storage, space, pots, pans and dishes.

Even though staying at this condo came as a surprise three days prior to heading down to Destin (our other condo had a problem arise that couldn't be fixed in time), we had the best time! Overall, this condo was clean and spacious. The screen door was not great and could use replaced or removed, honestly. It didnt close properly, was on the heavier side and slammed into the kids a lot when trying to carry stuff in, and was loaded with spiders! 😬 The floors and baseboards could have used some extra attention; however, that's hard to get perfect with a beach environment! I'm someone that cleans when I arrive anyways...so not a big deal! Everything else was perfect! Our previously booked condo came with a washer/dryer and this one did not...I am big on doing laundry in order to not travel with a lot of clothing and towels, so that was a bummer. This condo had a shared washer/dryer, which was fine but we were not told it required 3.50 in quarters to wash and dry one load. So if you are renting this make sure to have plenty of quarters if you plan on doing laundry. With three boys and lots of beach time...we needed a lot! 😆 The location was nice. You can walk or drive to beach easily. We rented a golf cart for several days and it was definitely worth it. You can ride around the property, go to the pools or playground and have easier access to parking on the strip next to the beach (no sand in your car). We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks again Vacasa for setting us up with a seamless transition last minute. In what could have been a very stressful situation... you all made it easy!
