Very nice place. People at Vacasa were very helpful after an unexpected complication with a different booking.the house had a very useful supply of kitchenware and appliances. Only 3 blocks from the beach.

After much research trying to find the perfect beach house in the Destin area we found this gem of a home. 10 out of 10! We came here for our 2025 Spring break. My husband, myself , and our 4 teenagers plus grandfather absolutely loved it! Grandpa stayed on the first floor his full bath had the special chair for showers. The kitchen family area were very comfortable. Every thing is tastefully updated and spacious, even with our large group. Beach access was a breeze as the golf car and bikes are brand new and fun to use. The beach access ties in with Pompano Joes restaurant. We enjoyed happy hour every day we were there! Our teenager loved riding to the coffee houses on route 98 , the scenic views were amazing and very safe. I highly suggest this beach house if you are a beach family. We took our Christmas family photo because the sunsets are amazing! The pool patio has a beautiful pergola making a special hangout before our family dinners. We are definitely coming back to Sunny side up and suggest you do the same. Did I mention the powered sugar sand and emerald green ocean were like a dream come true! Thank you Vacasa our family love loved out stay here!
