House was very comfortable and homie! Everything was very nice and up to date. Close to the beach and shopping, restaurants. Would have liked a small manual for the golf cart. We used it but took us a while to figure out how to turn it on! We did figure it out.

I spent a whole week in this property. At first, the property looked pretty good. Everything seems fairly clean and in good condition. Everything started as the AC upstairs started not working, over 6 people struggled to go through the night with more than 76 degrees. It never worked through our stay and it was a mess. The grill was rusty and had no use since the base is completely gone. The dishwasher needs a deep cleaning since it actually makes the dishes dirty/greasy instead of cleaning them. The WiFi failed one day which was a great inconvenience since some of the guest were working remotely. The toilet in the master room downstairs is also loose and you have to try a few times for it work. Overall my worst experience with Vacasa, the costumer service was poorly managed in situations like this I expected more of the property and Vacasa.
