Cozy beachfront condo with shared pool and easy beach access

I liked the view, but a refresher of a few things would be nice, also the blind had missing louvers, so people could potentially see you walking around however

I’ve been coming to Surfside for 40 years and have been in many units, both rented ones and ones where my family lived. This unit needs a lot of work, upgrading for me to ever considering renting again. Of course there’s no way to tell that based on posted pictures. 2 stars is on the generous side but the bed was at least comfortable to me but my husband did not think so due to the mattress being worn out.

10/10 for location! This building and unit is old , but it’s fine for the location! It’s clean and the amenities (pool, gym, fitness) are decent as well! Can’t get much better for the price!

Small but cute. AC worked great. Smooth sliding door to balcony. Bed adequate but bit lumpy. Great location.

The view is the best thing about this place. Very small, but sufficient for two. The air stopped working halfway through our trip and was over 80° at one point. Luckily, a similar resident was experiencing the same issue and informed us of what she did to fix it. The sheets were stained, and towels had hair on them. The chair in the room is absolutely disgusting and needs cleaned or removed. Bed was comfortable, and room furniture appeared clean. View was spectacular and the balcony was spacious. You have to pay for ice, 25 ¢ for a small bucket. Parking is limited but was not an issue for us. The hotel restaurant was very good!!
