11th-floor studio with access to pool, hot tub, & fast WiFi - near beach

Location is fantastic as well as facility amenities- close to private beach, great pool and grounds. If you are planning to be out of the room mostly this is a great deal and very affordable option for the amenities alone. The furniture is cheap and worn out, lots of scuffs, malfunctions, and overall not in great order or anything special. The place was very clean though, and bedding was comfortable. Appreciated the "mini" kitchen which was enough for our needs. Overall if you need a great location on a budget, this is a good choice

Pros- location, 2 free chairs and an umbrella at the beach, can’t beat the price Cons- A/C was out they provided a fan and a portable ac unit but we couldn’t use the balcony because the ac unit was taped up through the door, could be cleaner than what it was, could have used more towels for the amount of time we spent there Overall not a bad place to stay if you’re on a budget and want to be close to the beach

I booked this room for a short 3 night getaway with my adult girls and 2 young grandkids. The room had a mini fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee pot, and small waffle maker. It also included 2 plates and utensils. I was pleasantly surprised to find that there was a ro of paper towels, extra trash bags, a dish towel with a sponge and dish soap left for us to use. We didn’t use the small pack of laundry detergent, but was there if needed. The bunk beds were obviously made for young children with the upper bunk stating that it had a 200 lb weight limit and the bottom bunk only allowed someone to lie down on it. My 5 year old grandson hit his head on it while trying to get in one night. Overall it was a nice place for us to lay our sleepy heads at night for a short beach getaway. We love our Surfaide Resort! Been coming here for years with our children on annual beach vacations. The only thing I wish we would have had was a broom and dustpan.
