Unit was clean. Beds comfortable. Could use a bit of freshening of furnishings. This was confirmed when we visited units of friends who had more updates and paid what we paid. View of beach is more limited than units closer to front of building. You can see that the owners have enjoyed this unit. Very Cozy

Beautiful property with great location. Direct access to beach and many shops. Loved the box of toys and chairs for beach use on the porch. Just needs a few minor things addressed to make the perfect stay. We had a great week in your unit!

Pros: Location, Accessibility, & Price. Cons: The condo needs to be renovated or atleast update on furniture and fixtures. A deep cleaning on the carpet would help also.
