What's nearby: This condo is conveniently located just across the street from the pristine waters and sugar white sand of the Gulf of Mexico. The Surfside Resort has a sky bridge that makes crossing the road easy and safe, leading to plenty of dining options like Pompano Joe's, or head into Destin and enjoy McGuires. Shop at one of the many beach shops or visit a local gallery for that one-of-a-kind gift. Things to know: Free WiFi Kitchenette (minifridge, microwave, coffeemaker) Construction notice: Surfside Resort will be undergoing construction from 11/9/20 - 2/28/2021. There will be special parking and entry rules in effect during this time. Please call the building front desk directly prior to arrival for parking and entry instructions. Fridge needs to be larger. Toilet design can easily be plugged, although we were careful. Low pressure shower 🚿 head could be higher. Otherwise a good Unit.

We wanted a place that was close to the beach and walking distance to bars, restaurants, coffee, etc. This place was perfect. 12th floor on the west side of the building (so didn't get bright morning sun). The large balcony had a great view of the beach. There is a restaurant on the 1st floor and the Surf Hut, Whales Tail, Cabana Cafe, Bad Ass coffee all a short walk away. Right across the street from the beach where 2 chairs and an umbrella (included with the room) were set up and waiting for us each morning. A beach bar for drinks was right there. Parking was included and easy. It all made for a great stay in Miramar Beach!

View was awesome. Price was right. Unit was very clean. Beach access, pool, hot tub and on site restaurant all excellent. Fine for a short stay. I’d step up to a one bedroom for future stay. Both mattresses seemed old - very soft and not supportive. Bed frames are very bulky and waste space w two beds in the room - you hit your leg getting out of bed. Including at least a days coffee / filter would be a good thing. Security latch on door does not close. Shower was finicky - keeps going from hot to cold or vice versa.

The room was nice, pictures were a little deceiving of the room size( it was fairly small & more in line with a hotel). There were some dishes but no kitchen or sink to wash them in, the view was the best part of the room & access right off of the elevator. Would book again, just not this room. The staff at the front desk weren’t super helpful, & were rarely ever there. They did not provide any towels or even complimentary towels. Some aspects of this place were great, others were very underwhelming.
