Seventh floor oceanfront condo with pool, ocean view & central AC

If I could give this condo negative stars I would. This place hasn’t been touched since it was originally built. It was the most run down, filthy place I’ve ever seen. I don’t even know where to begin. Let’s start with the kitchen, filthy. The floors were dirty, the chairs stained, there is some sort of grate on the ceiling that was filled with dirt and grime. The microwave was unusable. It had a 3 inch crack in the door along with multiple spark cracks on the inside door. The cupboards were just nasty. There was no way I was using anything found in them. The living room area was just as gross. The dirty floors continued. The couch is not the one in the pictures. It’s a tan sectional with a white ottoman that is stained from top to bottom. It looks like it was a “free” couch picked up off the side of the road. The second white couch in that area was again so stained we didn’t want to sit on them. The dining room, same thing. Dirty floors and stained chairs. The bedrooms and bathrooms, horrific. Stains and globs of who knows what on the walls, crusty stuff of the bed posts, broken cabinets, dirty floors, the same grate thing in the ceiling full of dirt and grime. The balcony, again not the same furniture, cushions stained, 2 chairs that were so rusted we didn’t attempt to sit in them for fear of them breaking. We spent entirely too much time on the phone with Vacasa with little resolution. Honestly, don’t waste your money on this dump. Spend a little more so you can enjoy your time at the beach. The owner and Vacasa should be ashamed. I wish I could attach pictures.

Steps to the beach and wonderful view from the condo!

For the property owners… The view is exceptional. The space is great. The location is great, but you really need to work on your condo visible signs of water damage in multiple places baseboards need paint, furniture could use repairs and updating. A fully stocked kitchen with at least a spatula would be wonderful!! The linens are really really thin and they’re are not any additional blankets… I will definitely stay at this location again, but not with Vacasa and probably not your unit… For the Vacasa local team…the local crew, You guys were great. I’m very sorry that we had to see you every single day of our vacation though…. For the Vacasa 188 phone number people wherever you may be, y’all are horrible!! We reported a small water leak in the master bath as soon as we checked in, they were very responsive and sent over repair person very quickly. Part had to be ordered no problem…. Then we get a call a day and a half into our stay actually that there is water leaking into the unit below us and they need to check things out upstairs. No sign of a leak was found upstairs no sign of where the water was coming from was found downstairs. This took a lot of back-and-forth over several days, Vacasa offered to relocate us to properties that were hours away, nothing beachfront, nothing even remotely comparable to what we were staying in, and all of the properties they sent us We would’ve had to check out 3 to 4 days earlier than we planned (very small compensation was offered), all of which was completely unacceptable. Our unused nights would be refunded to us in 6 to 8 weeks. They then offered to let us find our own with no help from them. They would reimburse us for our stay in 6 to 8 weeks. I don’t know about you, but my family can’t afford to pay for two vacations at exactly the same time.

Great Beach Location! Spacious and clean 3 bedroom condo with plenty of room for everyone. Comfortable beds and the master bathroom is amazing! Jacuzzi tub with a gorgeous view of the beach. Extremely large covered balcony with a portion uncovered to enjoy the sun. The outdoor dining chairs do need to be replaced due to broken wicker but other than that, it is perfect.

The property was beautiful and the view was absolutely amazing. Words cannot describe how stunning the views are from the extremely large balcony. Everything was clean and offered plenty of options in the kitchen for preparing our meals. Service for umbrella and chairs at the beach was also great! I highly recommend this unit and property. We will definitely be back.

I would rate this condo 3.5 stars a little rough around the edges but overall nice. Nice pool and this unit includes 4 beach chairs. Good location and close to restaurants. No ramp access to beach only stairs.
