Sixth-Floor Oceanfront Condo with washer&dryer, Central AC, pool

I’m giving this condo 2 stars because, while the location was great, the unit is in need of maintenance and updates. The mattresses were extremely old and very squeaky. You could clearly see where the middle had sunk in, making them uncomfortable to sleep on. The master bathroom had cabinet doors missing, and the sink handles were very hard to turn. In the second bathroom, the toilet paper holder was loose. There was also a broken back of a chair at the dining table, and the living room coffee table was chipped. The biggest issue was the lack of proper window coverings. The condo only had sheer shades, so the rooms became very bright as soon as the sun came up. The sliding glass door in the living room was also missing the center curtain panel, which reduced privacy and allowed even more sunlight into the condo. Because the sliding door was not covered, the living room became very hot during the day, and the air conditioner struggled to keep up with the heat. We contacted the host during our stay to report the missing curtain panel, but unfortunately nothing was done to address the issue. Overall, the condo has potential and the location was enjoyable, but it needs maintenance, updated furnishings, and better attention to guest concerns before I would consider staying in this specific unit again.

We booked this condo for 3 nights. As we arrived it was clean and it did a good job accommodating a family of 5 with kids. The balcony view to the ocean was great. I intending to do some cooking during our stay but the utensils, cutting boards, andpans were very limited. When we did stay in to eat the table was not stable and one chair was broken. My biggest issue was our king size bed in the master bedroom. It felt like a rock and it was pretty hard to get some sleep. The place gave a very modern feel not like a beach vibe at all. Some of the lights were mix match of color tone and some didn't work at all. Overall we went there for the beach and it was a great spot to just walk down to the beach and the pool without crossing any roads.

Great location and beach view, however apparent need to get some improvements.

Many items in this condo desperately need repairs. The main issue would be the mattresses. Both bedroom mattresses have issues! The king bed rolls downhill on one side. The second bedroom has a broken frame so the mattress folds like a taco. Here are a list of items that need repaired: 1.) bathroom sink faucets are rusted 2.) tub faucet needs to be tightened 3.) recliner broken 4.) many of the GFI outlets are broken 5.) many of the light switches are labels but you can't read them 6.) the living room wall has a large hole 8.) the frame on the King sticks out 6 inches, causing us to run into this frame and causing bruising 9.) the coffee table is coming apart 10.) the kitchen chair is broken and there is only 5 chairs 11.) two of the patio furniture webbings are broken 12.) the roller blind in the master is broken and falls off if you try to open it 13. the light over the table does not work 14.) the couch is coming apart in two areas 15.) the furniture all needs to be replaced 16.) the one bedroom is freezing cold and the other is too warm 17.) the toilet paper holder and towel racks are all falling off the wall 18.) there are no numbers on any of the stove knobs 19.) the silverware and plates are all missing items 20.) there aren't enough pots and pans and covered bowls to cook a complete mealWe were truly saddened by this condo. The photos look great but it did not meet the standards of all the other condos that we have rented in the past from Vacasa. Any reimbursements would be greatly appreciated. We would love to rent next year from Vacas but may need to find another place to try since this stay was not easy since we all couldn't wait to have a good night sleep on a decent mattress.

This place is just nasty.
