Everything about this super-clean condo was amazing, offering all the comforts of home. Everything we needed was on hand: variety of kitchen utensils, both a coffeemaker AND a Keurig, an icemaker, etc. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms, as well as dispensers of body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There was a very nice comfy furniture in all rooms, and a very nice washer and dryer. The large private balcony gives you a front row seat to the ocean, with plenty of seating. The condo was in a great location...just a few steps from the elevator, then down and out to the gate and outdoor shower that lead right to the sand!. Beach service was great, with two beach chairs and umbrella right by the water included for free. One of the best parts is the SECURITY...you must use a given code to enter and exit the beach gate, so you don't have to worry about anyone who isn't staying at the complex coming and going. As far as the condo location goes, you'll be right across the street from Alvin's Island, so if you need a float, swimsuits, suntan lotion, etc, they've got you covered without having to drive. Condo is also close to two great seafood restaurants (Surf Hut is a quick walk), and a big Winn Dixie is super close for groceries. The whole experience was simply perfect, and our family hopes to be returning to this condo/complex again in the near future.

We stayed in room A502 and it couldn't have been better! It had the most perfect view and accomodations. It was convenient being right on the private beach, the room itself had everything we needed to cook, laundry was a huge plus. The amenities were top notch!

We had a wonderful time staying at this beach condo. The location is ideal and just steps from the beach with ocean views from the balcony. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying morning coffee outside was relaxing. The condo is well-furnished, and the beds were very comfortable although the fitted sheet did not fit the size of the king mattress. That said, there were several small things that impacted the overall experience. The bathroom sink didn’t drain when we arrived, though maintenance responded promptly and fixed it. Cleanliness could be improved: the shower curtain had a strong mildew smell, there was visible mold in the tile shower, and an unpleasant odor came from the under-counter kitchen cabinets. We also found wet towels left in the washer. The parking situation was another small frustration. Within 15 minutes of our arrival, security put a warning ticket on our car. We retrieved the parking pass from the condo and displayed it, but it felt unnecessarily strict. Upon departure, we had to return the pass to the room after checking out and packing the car, which added a final inconvenience. I did appreciate that we never struggled to find parking and it was very easy access. Overall, we still enjoyed our stay and appreciated the location and comfort of the condo. With a deeper clean, this place could easily be top-tier.
