Third-floor condo with beach access & views & outdoor pool

It was on the beach and close to everything...shopping, food, entertainment. My first time to the area and I will be back.

We love staying at Beach House. Having beach access and chair service is wonderful.

Nice Unit but needs upgrades and fully stocked kitchen. We would stay in 304A again, if our only option, but of the 7 or 8 units we’ve stayed in, it was the least “nice”. That said, least nice is a 3.5-4 on a 5 point scale, so still nice!

It was a gorgeous week. Had one day of rain which was ok.

I loved sitting on the balcony having my coffee and looking for dolphins. I saw dolphins 🐬 almost every day. Very relaxing vacation❤️

We had no complaints about this unit. The view was most important to me and it served us well. The unit was clean, modern, and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. In fact, I never slept better. The location is also excellent. Of the activities and restaurants we visited, half of them were within 10 minutes and the others were within 30 minutes. Some potential renters may want to know that the coffee machine is an upgraded Mr. Coffee type machine; not a Keurig. So you'll need to buy ground coffee in the bag. The unit comes with starter packs of dishwasher and laundry soap. This worked for two people / over 4 days. Any more people or longer stays will require you to get more supplies. We also had to pick up coffee filters. (Type #4) The air conditioning was excellent, as were the televisions. Our garbage disposal didn't seem to be working and within an hour maintenance was there to reset it. There is parking for one car per unit and the spaces are within convenient walking distance to the condo. There are four condo buildings next to each other A, B, C, and D. #304A is in Building A. (This is something we realized once there.) The buildings are marked with large white letters from the parking lot view. We enjoyed staying here and would definitely return.
