GOOD: 1. PERFECT location- We loved walking to the beach. The beach access has no parking lot, so it doesn't attract a large number of tourists. A grocery store was very close as well so that was convenient. 2. Beds, couches, and Dining tables were very comfortable and nice. The kitchen has plenty of pots and pans and utensils. There were enough towels for 5 of us. There were also shampoo, conditioner, body wash in the bathrooms. 3. Beautiful decoration - I thought I wouldn't really care about the decorations (I'm a more practical person), but cute decorations brought 'vacation' vibes. 4. The balcony was nice to leave the boogie board, wet towels (you can't hang them on the rail, so we hung them on the chairs there) 5. There is washing station right after the gate so you can clean off the sand before entering the building. BAD or OK 1. The hallway light is very dim red.- We had a hard time finding our unit because the hallway was so dark. It looks kind of depressing. 2. NOISE!!!!!! - This was the biggest issue!!!!!!! The 3rd bedroom (there is one bed in there) has AC unit storage, and it is INCREDIBLY noisy and IMPOSSIBLE to sleep there. The room itself if very cute and has a big closet but I was not able to sleep at all so I slept on the couch. This is not a problem for this unit only. All units have AC unit right by the entrance door and that bedroom is right behind the AC unit. They should have built a bathroom or laundry room over there instead of a bedroom. Again, it is impossible to sleep. 3. We took off all our shoes and found that our feet had become black. The floor was not terribly clean. We also found that some dishes were not clean either, so we put most of them in the dishwasher before using them. 4. CHECK dishwasher filter: The dishwasher filter was not clean, so I contacted Vacasa team and they were pretty good at taking care of it. Over all, We were happy with our stay and would come back again.

This unit offers a great balance of affordability with amenities, those included in the unit as well as with the community pool and across the street beach access! Nothing was missing from our stay and we were conveniently located for golf cart travel to great restaurants and shopping

The location was great! The apartment was cute! I disliked parking the most. You’re assigned one spot per apartment.

Condo was very clean, beach access was close and easy. Balcony only has 2 chairs (not big at all). Security guard on patrol was rude and not professional.

Pictures match home, beds very comfortable easy access to everything you may need.

The room was really nice close to beach and the gated security was nice.
