The location of this condo is perfect. We love the close proximity to restaurants, bars, groceries. We rarely drive anywhere when we visit here because of that, and it’s a big reason why we love it. The unit is spacious, and well appointed.

Affordable place in a great location. Furniture is a little dated but what rental isn’t? Unit had separate a/c settings for each side of the condo. Balcony was nice for morning coffee. Always an enjoyable stay here. Can’t wait for next year

The condo was huge and the view was great

We had problems with the air in the master bedroom, the sliding doors to balcony, the furniture feeling very weak and unsteady and the shower in the master leaking water from under the shower door. Otherwise, it was a nice condo. I’ve stayed in worse and would stay in this condo again. The view was so beautiful. The kitchen was stocked with all the supplies you could need. Great location!

Loved the location and view from the balcony. Easy walk to the beach and pool. Has a nice beach bar by the private beach area which was fun. We had a great vacation and will definitely stay at Surf Side again. The unit could use new living room furniture and balcony furniture, but we were outside most of the time so didn’t mind too much.
