The maintenance person showed up promptly to fix the clogged sink. That was nice. I do hate the AC went out. Especially since we were only able to set it to 72 begin with. Our room was about 76-78 before the ac went out.

Pros: The proximity to the beach, resort amenities, well stocked kitchen, balcony view, beach chair/umbrella service included in booking and the spaciousness of the unit. Cons: Poor follow up from Vacasa to address concerns, no beach towels (even though the listing states there are),not enough bed linens for pullout sofa with stains, guest room smelled musty, the king fitted sheet in the master did not fit at all, uncomfortable beds, noise level in the unit above us and the 3rd attached room to the unit which made it difficult to sleep. Surfside Resort could use some updating.
