Comfortable efficiency w/ shared pool/hot tub/tennis/gym & beach access

We loved your quick response to our inquiries. Your place was comfortable but may I make a couple of recommendations? Like hotel accommodations, the room should be ready for the guest. Tv should be working, coffee for the coffee maker. I had to buy 2 cups of coffee at the Royal Palms for the morning not knowing this was not provided. I guess this is condo living! Lastly, (because I just experienced this problem at my home), the bed is too high to get into bed. The mattress has to be thinner or box spring for the bed frame lower. This is not a normal height that is easy to climb into. Also, the hallway rugs need to be replaced although I know that is not your problem. It just gives a bad impression before you even get to the room. Thank you for your hospitality. I think hotel living is our thing!

We truly loved the close proximity to the beach! Less than a minute’s walk to it. The room was small but clean, bed was comfortable. Nice big shower, had a little problem with the water going from hot to cold on its own. The staff there was very nice and helpful.

It was nice and clean and very convenient to have a pool, restaurant, gym and spa in the building and the beach was right across the street. We enjoyed our stay!

Unfortunately the only thing loved about our stay was the price, we will never stay with any vacasa properties again while visiting Destin FL, the management team does not have good customer service skills nor do they care about the guest just they money and how much they will loose on the properties. The outside of surfside is nice and the lobby but the rooms and hallways need a lot of repair
