This cozy and bright resort studio is perfect for a beach getaway

Its carpets smelled and were wet.

It is run down and outdated. The staff were great and fixed what they could, but they couldn’t fix the old stained carpet or the tile that has not been professionally cleaned so the dirt is embedded in it. I wish I could post the photos. The beach was great!

We had a great experience at Surfside Resort. Beach was very accessible from resort and it was nice to have Beach chairs that went with our room set up on the sand for us. The on site restaurant was nice and convenient for our sit down family meal together to celebrate my 36th wedding anniversary. Our children and grandchildren also booked rooms at the resort and we were treated very well during our four days there. Check-in was a breeze, the desk receptionist was very helpful and informative. Check-out was equally as easy. I have been on many vacations in my lifetime and this one went down as being one of the most memorable and enjoyable times to date. We would come back to or recommend this resort no problem.

Worst experience EVER!! All around the people next to us would yell and scream until 2 in the morning despite security telling them to stop and the beds were soo hard. The room had hair from the previous tenant and the room pictured on booking site at all when I called to complain they told me its not their fault my response was, but these booking sites are doing y’all dirty. If y’all aren’t checking what pictures they’re posting and I said well we cant help you. This is actually the 2nd time I have had problems with Vacasa and their “local “ agents never follow through with calling back when you call the CS line

Good location but the room needed an update and new or cleaned carpet. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and stores.

Although very clean, missing essentials like towels and soap. problems with TV and microwave.
