While public transportation options in the immediate area are limited, ride sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available to help you reach nearby attractions such as the Silver Sands Premium Outlets or local dining venues.

ADI Upcoming Walkway & Balcony Restoration: Please be advised that the HOA will begin a building-wide walkway and balcony restoration project starting November 1, 2026 , with staging and prep work beginning October 26, 2026 . The project is expected to run through March 1, 2027 . During this timeframe, individual balconies will be completely inaccessible at various points while work is being performed. Additionally, balcony outdoor furniture will be temporarily moved inside the units for safety. Please note that this timeline is subject to change based on weather and construction variables.
