Upon entrance, you'll be delighted at the bright interior and the airy ambiance throughout the space. You'll love hosting movie nights on the large TV in the living area, while also indulging in the magnificent view from your own private terrace. The living area, dining area, and kitchen are all adjacent to each other so there will be no missed out conversation here. The chef of the group will love preparing grand meals or snacks on the go in the full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that seats three. ADI Upcoming Walkway & Balcony Restoration: Please be advised that the HOA will begin a building-wide walkway and balcony restoration project starting November 1, 2026 , with staging and prep work beginning October 26, 2026 . The project is expected to run through March 1, 2027 . During this timeframe, individual balconies will be completely inaccessible at various points while work is being performed. Additionally, balcony outdoor furniture will be temporarily moved inside the units for safety. Please note that this timeline is subject to change based on weather and construction variables. Great view, short walk to the beach. For the price, we would do it again. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for. There was mold on the vents, dishes were dirty and the room came with one fork. The controllers did not have any batteries. The furniture was broken but nothing that we couldn't overlook for a short stay. It is on the cheaper side compared to other places, but it would be nice for the owners to make necessary updates.

The parking and proximity of the condo to the Miramar Beach was incredible on a busy 4th of July Weekend !.. it only takes 5 minutes to cross the main road to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world !… we watched fireworks from our 10th floor balcony and it was sensational!!!!
