Gorgeous waterfront retreat with tennis, basketball, pool, & hot tub

The ocean view and distance made everything better. I will say the pool was a good size for this size of a place, the only let down was there wasn’t a lot of umbrellas provided or shade. The restaurant was phenomenal and super accommodating for a dairy and soy allergy. The place smelled of weed so that was a major let down but it was only in localized areas not in our actual condo so again could always be worse. It wasn’t as much of a private beach access since people just wait till someone would come and put the code in but the traffic of people was way less than at a public entrance. The skywalk wasn’t useful especially with wagons and children since the bar and smoke area that you had to go through wasn’t pleasant to walk through with little kids and also the wagon wouldn’t fit since the stairs curved so you had to cross the street. There wasn’t a ramp anywhere which definitely would have come in handy. Definitely more for of a place that either have older kids or no kids and/ or retired.

Nice, easy, simple everything was easily accessible instructions were made clear. Very happy with our 5 night stay. If we ever decide to head to the Destin area we will be checking this out again.

Room dusty and outdated. Photos online isn't the actual look of the room. Enchanted photos. I would not recommend staying in this unit

We loved the location. There was more than enough room for us. The Condo was clean and well kept. Access to the beach was easy- you must cross the road. The area had plenty of food options. We intend to return to this area.
