We were notified 2 hours before check in time the the AC unit in our room was not working, when I expressed my dissapointment the gentlmen was very rude and assured me they had installed portable units that were keeping the unit at 71 degrees. After arriving however the units were reading 76 in which I took a photo of. I contacted guest services to let them know that I did not find this arrangement acceptable since I had paid for a unit with AC, I also let them know the gentlmen working the front desk was rude to us on multiple occasions. We also were greeted by a dead cockroach which I also took a photo of. The guest services representative was kind and assured me she would have some reach out to discuss the issues but after our 4 day saty we never heard from anyone.

This unit was spacious for my family of 6. Fully stocked kitchen with cooking appliances, pans, pots, a griddle, and plenty of utensils. There was a washer and dryer, extra blankets, blow up mattress, and a tv in each room. The master bedroom even had an adjustable base. The view was AMAZING!! My one year old loved going to the beach side window to view the ocean. We enjoyed our stay and the convenience to the beach. The gym was spacious and clean. The pool area was clean and equipped with 2 hot tubs, plus a mini pool for toddlers. There were plenty of lounge chairs. The beach attendants were easy to access to grab two chairs and an umbrella at the beach with our stay. There were no complaints from my family.
