SURFSIDE OFF SEASON CONSTRUCTION PLANS The HOA IS PLANNING SOME EXTERIOR AND INTERIOR BUILDING RENOVATIONS The updates include the Boiler system , the balconies, the guest garage and exterior upgrades. There are no set dates as of yet. This notice is to inform you about upcoming repairs from October 2026 - March 2027 Please contact the front desk for details. Work will begin on Monday, October 26, on the 01/01A stack. Please review the tentative schedule, block off the week of repairs needed, remove balcony furniture, and make all other guests aware that there will be construction noise throughout the building. Also, be aware that some balconies may require shoring, so the units below may be affected.
