What's nearby: The white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are a short walk from this unit. The resort offers a sky bridge that makes walking to the beach easy and safe. The resort also has a rooftop pool, hot tub, and kiddie pool. Dine at the resorts Royal Palm and enjoy views of the beach while dining. Find that perfect beach souvenir at one of the local beach stores or head over The Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Things to know: Free WiFi Construction notice: Surfside Resort will be undergoing construction from 11/9/20 - 2/28/2021. There will be special parking and entry rules in effect during this time. Fifth Time renting in this condo. last experience was not good. Rooms cleanness is poor (small cockroaches in the room) and AC did not work first day (it seems admin personnel did not check room prior check in). Value/Cost vs room conditions do not worth it.

The view was great, the house was great minus some set backs, we ran out of TP and paper towels. We stayed 4 nights with 7 guest.

It was a great view and we enjoyed our stay but for the price we paid the master bed should have a way better mattress. It kinda felt like sleeping on an air mattress at one point my wife asked if it was an air mattress. It wasn’t but the bed is airy and felt like one. That’s my only disappointment with this room. Everything else was great but the bed was awful.

Unit was impeccably clean, but the bathrooms due for an upgrade, king bed didn’t have a bed skirt so your looking at mattress boxes which is a must fix, some patio furniture cracking, walls and doors scraped up, light bulbs burned out, batteries dead in remote controls, sofa pullout missing sheets but they quickly delivered some when we called to request sheets on a Saturday evening which was awesome, the view is spectacular, the unit is fantastic, we are booking again for next year - the entire property os one of the best in Destin, we come several times a year for 40 years and this spot is our favorite! Thank you for allowing us to wonderful trip and condo!
