On-site at Maravilla, you'll find two community pools, a hot tub, and a grilling area. The complex is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. With the well-known Destin Commons approximately three miles away and Silver Sands Premium Outlets the same distance east, virtually endless boutiques and shops await. This condo is on the fourth floor of the building, meaning it offers a loft area upstairs. The kitchen has upgraded appliances and is well-equipped to prepare every meal on your vacation. The open dining and living room area offers plenty of seating to eat meals or relax after a long day exploring the Emerald Coast. Outside, the balcony has high-top table seating and a towel rack to dry off beach towels from your day lounging on the sand.

Absolutely the cleanest best smelling condo I’ve had at Maravilla! Cute decor & great appliances! Only thing is the shower head in the downstairs bathroom makes a mess, completely sprays out the shower onto the floor so we had to remove the shower head to clean up! The beds were great besides the two in the attic type room, especially the large one in that room, complete springs… however we would still recommend! Thanks so much for a nice stay (:

It was a great trip and all 8 of our guests loved this apartment. Great amenities and short walk to the beach. Easy access into all areas and the room with keypad access. Would certainly stay again!

The price was decent. The home was overall clean but we found a live cockroach in the downstairs bedroom. This place doesn’t allow golf carts which was very frustrating as we wanted to rent one to get to places easily. The beds were very hard and the king bed was two beds pushed together and you could feel the seem in the middle. At the beach you had to rent there umbrellas couldn’t bring your own to save money. Wouldn’t come back to this property
