The location of this building is perfect. It hassle much within walking distance or a short drive. The private access to the beach, private beach, and use of the beach chairs and umbrella is a great perk. The building felt safe and clean. Unfortunately the building and unit are in need of some updates. The pool area is small and very run down. The units furniture is very old and worn. I did originally think this was no big deal because the price we paid seemed like a good value. I decided to look up the cost of the place behind us called Ariel Dunes ans their units were much nicer, the pools are huge and updated and the cost was almost exactly the same as what we paid. Overall our experience wasn't bad by any means, but knowing what I know now I don't think we would book here again.

We loved our stay. Main thing for me, it was CLEAN, beds were comfy. Could the room use some upgrades yeah sure but overall we had a great time you cannot beat the price for this location. Close to everything. Definitely recommend

The location of the condo was great, close walk to the beach and pool and close to the grocery store and outlets. Things that I would have liked to know before booking: 1. The instructions were confusing what floor the condo was on. 2. No beach towels provided so bring your own. 3. I missed that there was no oven. Maybe consider adding a toaster oven so guests have the option to bake food. Things that were good: 1. Lots of bath towels. 2. Never had an issue finding parking 3. Close to the pool and beach Skywalk. 4. Chairs and umbrella provided on the beach during the day. Overall we had a good experience and the condo didn't make our vacation any better or worse. It is an older property, the building and condo. If you are expecting a new place this isn't it. For the price and location it was worth it but I would probably spend a little more and stay somewhere else next time.

The view was nice. The condo was quiet at night which was a plus. All in all a good time!

I loved that the room was on first floor easy access to walk way and pool. Pool was available until 11pm great for families to enjoy after beach. Parking available onsite and access to beach thru walk way or street. Room comes with one umbrella and two chairs and rent extra if needed.
