If you're looking for a fun place to be, Perdido Key is the place to feel free! Sail away to this newly built bayside beauty for your next vacation, with plenty of opportunities for boating, watersports, fishing, and some splendid sunset views. Enjoy spotting dolphins splashing in the bay. You'll be within walking distance of the world-famous Flori-Bama waterfront bar and dine in with some tasty food and enjoy live entertainment. If you feel like spending some time at the beach, you'll be glad to know there's public beach access just less than two miles away, next to 'Crab Trap,' and another mile to Perdido Key State Park. Take a mini trip to Alabama and settle down at Orange Beach Waterfront Park and eat some homemade treats out on the pavilion as you enjoy your incredible view—only less than seven miles out! After you've had your fill of the soothing sands, head on over to the OWA theme park and treat the family to a fun day—only a half-hour drive away. Return back to your home away from home and relax in the living area on the azure couches for a quick power nap. Cook up something for you and your guests in the full kitchen, then take a lovely stroll across the dock and get up close and personal with the glistening water around sunset. Settle down on your massive deck looking over Old River and kick it back with a cold drink in hand. Afterward, slip into some pajamas, and let the waves carry you off into dreamland. Within the home, there are two large smart TVs with streaming, leaving you with plenty of channels at your fingertips. A Keurig and a Mr. Coffee drip machine are also available for your convenience. Things to Know There is NO boat trailer parking onsite due to HOA restrictions. You'll need to make off-site arrangements for trailer parking before you arrive. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and we hope to return. Our condo was extremely clean, beds were great and the location is perfect. I would highly recommend!

What a breath of fresh air this place is! We stayed for a short week and had such a good time it felt drastically shorter. The Stay was extremely comfortable with some of the softest blankets known to mankind inviting you to tuck away on the couch and play some childhood games with your partner. But before you rest your head, you have done yourself a disservice if you haven't watched the heavenly sunset on the dock out back. THE ONLY complaint we had was that we couldn't bring the glorious coastal weather home with us... A tragedy if you ask me. 10/10 the escape you hope for and need from a place like this.

First time staying on the bayside and it was lovely. Loved that it was a smaller complex vs one of the huge high rises. Parking was easy. Felt safe. Perfect location where we could walk to the beach and to the Flora-Bama. Only complaint was that you can hear your neighbors but it didn’t bother us too much. Would definitely recommend staying here. Also super clean which can be a problem with beach condos!

I would have liked to have given this condo a 5 star rating as condition was brand new just like the photos and has a new dock with a dedicated boat slip with lift which we did not use but would have had we have known it was available. The reason to deduct 1 star were the walls and ceilings were very poorly insulated for sounds and you can hear other guests conversations in adjoining units, barking dogs on either side, and people walking on the floor in the unit above. If you don’t wish to be woken up at 6am, this is not the condo for you. There were no parking passes in the unit as per the checkin instructions and we had trouble getting a parking spot one day and we saw cleaning personnel taking up a spot.

House was very clean and had any appliance you may need for your stay. Walking distance to FloraBama, beach, FBYC, Waffle House, liquor store, and Ole River Grill. Nice quiet area. We’ll definitely stay again.
