Home was super clean. Neighborhood was quiet.

The house was spacious. House rules aren’t over the top. Good proximity to Johnson Beach. Neighborhood is nice, and neighbors were friendly. Everyone obeyed the quiet time in the neighborhood. Furniture & bedding needs some attention, but other than that it was great. We would stay again. Our family enjoyed the pool.

The house was clean and had plenty of room for our party of 7. It was in a quiet and safe neighborhood with the beach and shopping very close. There were plenty of towels for the bath and pool. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, cookware and glassware and mini appliances. The dishwasher is not secured to anything so when you open the door, the tray rolls out and onto the floor. We really enjoyed the sparkling pool and Florida room. The backyard is in need of some maintenance before overgrowth takes it over. Dog owners should be aware of the three sago palms in the backyard whose seeds can be fatal to dogs. Loved having access to the garage and the beach items stored there. The driveway is big enough for two vehicles and 22’ boat The owners should add an additional garbage can as we arrived and departed in the same situation as others. We had a great stay here and I would definitely stay here again.

We loved the layout of the house. The house was clean. Trash had not been rolled to the road I guess by previous renters and smelled horrible. Pool was nice and clean. Backyard could use some trimming. Overall home was decent.
