Airy townhouse with pool, hot tub, central AC, & washer/dryer - dog-friendly offers a great stay with a clean, comfortable interior and a welcoming community atmosphere. Guests appreciated feeling safe and found the location convenient for beach access. The property includes enjoyable amenities, with timely and convenient shuttle service to the beach. Inacurate web description. It states 3 bedroom 3 bathroom, it's 2 1/2 bathroom. Huge difference. I needed 2 suites. Couldn't get wifi password etc. Won't stay with vacasa properties again.

Truly enjoyed our stay and we really like the community.
We enjoyed our week and all the amenities. Shuttle service to the beach was always timely and convenient. House had a few little glitches but nothing we could get over.
Overall the house looks like the pictures. The house is great for 2 or more families. Its well located from the beach and the private beach access is great with the shuttle van. The beach has private chairs and umbrellas, first come and first serve. Generally, we found some chairs and umbrellas for a group of 4 without any issues. So overall the experience well thought out and works well.
The reason I have removed 3 stars:
1. Lack of thorough cleaning - We found human hair, pet hair, and small little bugs around the house. We had to do the cleaning ourselves because Vacasa did not clean thoroughly. The cleaning was rushed because Vacasa called us to tell us they were still cleaning when our check-in time arrived.
2. Lack of communication - We were told the pool is closed. We needed the refrigerator water filter replaced. We did not get an update on either.
3. Fleas - This is a pet-friendly location, and we brought our pet with us. The pet stayed at home. However, the pet ended up getting fleas and we had to rush to the vet for a checkup and medication.
4. Follow-up - I followed up with Vacasa and tried to have a conversation with the property manager about the issues, however one week after checkout, they haven't reached out. The cost of this location should have better customer service.
Again, the location and the premise are overall just like the pictures however our experience with cleaning and responsiveness of Vacasa and the property manager has dampened our stay. This was a vacation, we spent a good time cleaning and calling, and following up. We expected better.
For not being oceanfront, this is a great location with either a short walk or can even park directly across the street from the Lost Key subdivision. Very clean townhouse with all that you’d need. Will be returning
