Beach House 102A offers you a casual Floridian feel with terrific gulf views and is located on the ground floor so you can also enjoy the grassy area directly in front of the condo's patio. The well-equipped kitchen features large countertops and complete housewares to make your favorite beach meals. The living room has casual comfortable furniture with carpeted floors, a TV with DVD/VHS, and a queen sofa bed. There is a dining table for six and two bar stools for additional seating at the counter. With all of this, you are sure to enjoy this Beach House getaway! You'll receive a beach set up as well as bike rentals onsite with stays from March 1st - October 31st. Our guests also will have a choice of one free hour on either a kayak or paddleboard with each reservation (per condo - not per person). And that's not it! Lucky guests will have unlimited access to the resort's shared outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, tennis court, grills, and washer/dryer. This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. Enjoy a unique movie-going experience at New Vision Theatres Boulevard 10, three miles away. THINGS TO KNOW Seasonal beach service is included from March to October. Being able to walk right out the sliding doors to the boardwalk was so nice since we had our hands pretty full with a 3&2 yr old and 7m baby!!! Not having to get on an elevator was nice and walking right out to the complimentary beach umbrella and chairs was a blessing!! The water was incredible and the weather for us was amazingly perfect with young children. I liked that the facility had security. Our condo was very nice and great fit for us. I’d rate this like 3.5 or 4. Only thing was just a few cleanliness things I think they could improve and just updating a few minor things, but the main things were awesome. The beds were cozy, the thermostat kept us very comfortable and it had most of the things we really needed! We did bring our own knife, which was a good thing cause I didn’t notice any good knives in the kitchen. Also, I never found a cutting board, so we just used paper plates. Again, a small thing, but would be nice if they had it.

We have come to this same location for the last 4 years. We contunie to try out different condos, this one is not our favorite. Started out with a mouse in the dining room, broken bed and water pressure was not the greatest.

The only thing we loved was the close proximity to the beach. But, if you want to prepare a meal, forget it.. we literally had to go buy a sharp knife and a skillet. The only cooking utensils were an old scratched skillet and a metal pot. I have never rented a Condo with nothing to cook with. With the exception of some forks, spoons, every single cabinet was empty. There was mold on one of the bathrooms ceiling and on the floor a tile was missing. The couch was old and very uncomfortable. We have been renting condos for years, and, for the price of this one, it’s totally unacceptable.
