We absolutely loved the location. We went for the month of February and this location was great. Right next to the pool was very warm even between 50 and 70°. Short short walk to the beach. So many fun dogs to meet on the boardwalk. Remember that dogs are not allowed on the beach unless you are a local and have a permit. We found all of the people very friendly that were staying in the units. I found it a little more relaxing to be in this area and a little bit away from the hustle and bustle. Great location for sunrises and sunsets and walking on the beach, etc. etc. you will definitely enjoy this place. This unit had spices and lots of extras that some Airbnb‘s don’t have.

This apartment is right across from the beach and only a few steps from the pool and hottub. Miramar Beach is our favorite spot in the Destin area, as it closest to the things we like. Grocery store is about a mile away, the outlet stores are also close. Pompano Joes is right down the street and of course, the beautiful beach is right across the street. Would stay here again.

Convenient location with beach access across the street. Pool and hot tub are easily accessible from back porch. Laundry room is directly across the front door and accepts Apple Pay or app. Thoughtful additions in condo like laundry hamper, hair dryer in bathroom, shampoo/conditioner/body wash in shower and glass storage containers in kitchen.

Our stay was fabulous. Plenty of the basics in Summerspell 103. The pool and hot tub a few steps from back porch made even better. The beach access was amazing. We hope to stay again in the future.
