Inviting Gulf-front condo In Perdido Key with waterfront pool/hot tub and oceanfront balcony

Beware room 302: This room does not have a private balcony and this information will not be disclosed to you. This room's balcony door opens directly onto the same balcony as the pool. There is nothing separating the two. As such, pool goers will traverse back and forth in front of your balcony door...looking in every time. You will have zero privacy and be forced to close your curtains continuously (there goes your ocean view). Additionally, the lobby entrance to the pool has a broken door. This forces all pool goers to go past your room to get to the pool...with a gate directly beside your door...that slams continuously. You will get no rest. The pool hours are not enforced. You will hear screaming at all hours of the night. One last note on room 302 that will also not be disclosed to you; you do not get a parking spot in the building. You must park across the road in their overflow gravel lot. There is no crosswalk close to you. Good luck getting your luggage in and out...what a nightmare.

Place was great. Very clean. Needs new bed frame and mattress.

The in-home girl that took care of my needs was fantastic

We loved being able to sit inside and see the beach. Being able to just walk out the door and onto the beach was sublime. The cherry on the cake was the close proximity to the naval base that allowed us to visit our son while he was stationed there.

Nice, clean condo. Bed needs replaced, but was a nice stay.

We enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean, the sunsets, and the easy access to the beach. The walkway is covered by an outdoor rug of sorts, which made the walkway more pleasant.
