Gorgeous Oceanfront condo, Gulf-front balcony, pool, hot tub is described as a great value with a spacious, well-designed layout, quality furnishings, and plenty of room for guests. Guests found it very comfortable, highlighting the cozy beds, inviting living spaces, and updated tile flooring that gives the condo a fresh, modern feel. The property was repeatedly praised for being very clean, well maintained, and well equipped for cooking and everyday needs. Its setting was appreciated for being peaceful, less crowded, and conveniently close to the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants, with easy parking and a short walk to the shore. Guests especially loved the beautiful, unobstructed gulf and ocean views from the large balcony and patio, including amazing sunrise scenery. Visitors also enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen, full-sized washer and dryer, and outdoor features such as the pool, hot tub, tennis courts, pickleball court, and barbecue area.

I would rate this condo higher than 5 Stars, if I could. The Sandy Key Condo complex is a lower rise facility with only 8 stories, which is why it works. From Building 1 you have a beautiful view because there are no mega condos facing East. Sunrise is amazing and the beaches are less crowded. This condo has a great kitchen. The plan flows well with a nice living/dining area. Views from patio are unobstructed. The bedrooms were great with comfy mattresses, especially in the master suite. Furnishings are high quality and in great condition. Although we did not use the stove, the kitchen was stocked with quality pots, pans and dishware. The full sized washer and dryer are a bonus. There is also a pool and Pickke Ball court. This is the perfect spot for those who love the quieter side of beach life.

We usually travel in the peak summer months but chose to vacation in September this year instead. The beach was so less crowded and the booking much less expensive. It's now our new favorite time of year to go to the beach! The water was just gorgeous-very clear, hardly any sea grass or seaweed and we saw zero jellyfish! Our condo's balcony offered a spectacular view of the ocean. The condo was equipped with everything we needed; literally any item we thought of while cooking was easily found! The beds were medium to firm and comfortable. Everything was very clean. The TV's were a great size and everything worked with no problems. We will definitely be back! And probably in September! :)
