This bright and beachy condo offers a comfortable setting to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. Other features include an oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The newly renovated main bathroom includes a walk-in shower with beautifully tiled walls and floor plus a granite seat. A separate sink and vanity area complete the main bathroom. The main bedroom and the living room have televisions and DVD players for entertainment enjoyment. Perdido Sun offers additional amenities including a fitness center, an indoor and an outdoor pool, and direct beach access. Things to know: The indoor pool is now open again. Please note only three (3) people can be in the hot tub at any given time due to social distancing. You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.

Great views! It looks like improvements were recently made with countertops in kitchen & baths, as well as shower upgrade and upgrade for kitchen appliances. The sofa and 2 chairs were nice, as well as the patio furniture. Despite the upgrades the place still shows its age a bit. It’s a small unit, but fine for what we needed. It was a get away for my husband and I, and it’s a decent space for two people. We would stay in this unit again for the sunset views were amazing and we love the location of Perdido Key, Florida. Indoor and outdoor pools, and hot tub all great.

We’ve stayed in several units in this building over the past 15 years, and we definitely like being on the higher floors. This one is on top! The extra window on the side wall in the living room in this unit is a game changer, and really makes it feel big. The furniture is well kept. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was very nice and has been remodeled the master bath has also been remodeled and was very nice! I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Vacase wouldn’t late us in early even tho the cleaning people was gone. I had to call them to get us in the room. The codes didn’t work was told by staff at front desk that is old code.
