We provide a starter kit of essentials – Bathrooms: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 bars of soap, 1 small bottle of shampoo and 1 small bottle of conditioner; Kitchen: 2 dishwasher pods, 2 laundry pods, 2 trash bags, 2 kitchen towels, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 sponge and 1 small bottle of dish soap. After these items are used, guests are responsible for supplying their own. Please note: we do not provide cooking oils, spices, coffee, filters, or pantry staples—please pack what you need. If they are in the unit when you arrive, use them at your own risk. You will receive your door code & amenities access codes via email one hour before your 4PM check-in. Two parking passes & 8 wristbands will be in your unit upon arrival. Kaba - To unlock your door, make sure you have your access code ready! You will find this code in your check-in email! Type the code (may contain a # or * that must be pressed with the numbers) into the keypad above the handle, when the light on the lock flashes green this means the door is unlocked! Turn the door handle and open the door! Please keep in mind that there is no deadbolt on this door! The keypad lock will lock automatically when the door is closed or when the lock is not flashing any lights! The lock is only unlocked when flashing green! Troubleshooting: I typed in the code and the lock flashed red: The lock is not taking that code as it is incorrect. Double-check that the code typed in is the correct code and try it again - I have the right code for sure, and the door still won’t open. The lock is working but it flashed yellow/red even though it unlocked: This lock is dying! The lock flashes red and does not unlock the door? The batteries are dead.
