We really enjoyed this property and the convenience of being close to the beach. We won’t be staying at this particular condo again though. We are a family of 5 and we had our dog with us. It was cramped. Also the cleanliness of the condo needs improvement. Carpet in a pet friendly condo is disgusting. It needs to be removed. Severely stained and buckled throughout the condo. Also, I contacted the management with pictures about the sofa pullout bed. It’s was filthy with stains, food and sand. I washed it the first night and stains came out. So they never stripped the sheets. If 4 or less people are staying or washing sheets before use and carpet isn’t a problem, then condo is fine.

The unit itself is great! The area is quite lively (went the week after July 4th) with a lot of families everywhere so if you're looking for a quiet secluded getaway, this isn't it. Walls are a bit thin, or the guy above me was really heavy footed! Easy walking distance to the beach and also great popular restaurants like Pompano Joe's which parking is impossible! Loved my stay!

We stayed here recently with our family of four. Our two boys enjoyed the bunk beds in the hallway and the bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The unit has the amenities that you need to cook nearly anything and the living room was appointed with comfortable furniture and very cozy. Be aware that while there are two toilets, there is only one shower/bathtub in the laundry room, all jack and jill style, but worked just fine for us with closable doors between all. The property itself is great, we enjoyed the fitness facility and the heated pool. The beach service with one umbrella and two chairs was very nice so we didn't have to lug a lot of things to the beach which is a short walk. Overall, this property is a great value for the price and you won't miss out on any amenities. TV, internet, parking...all top notch. Walkable restaurant (pompano joe's) with great food. Beach is amazing as well!
