Single-level home with fenced yard, private pool & washer&dryer

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful vacation home in Florida! The house was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed — from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a relaxing outdoor area. If the weather had allowed, the pool could have been a real highlight — just open the door and go! It looked so inviting and would be perfect for hot days. The location was ideal — close to restaurants, beaches and stores, yet quiet to really unwind. The hosts were wonderful, responsive, and made sure every detail was just right. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay in Florida. It truly felt like a home away from home! 🌴☀️🏡

We had a wonderful time at Casa Palmera. We loved how spacious the house is and the location was amazing. Only few minutes to the beach and 5 minutes to grocery stores, restaurants, and whatever else we needed. Each bedroom is spacious and well decorated with very comfortable beds and sheets. There were also extra blankets, pillow and towels if we needed. We loved the number of bathrooms as well and the towels were very soft! The kitchen was very well equipped as well. We had waffles and smoothies every morning! The ninja coffee maker was amazing! I want to buy one for my home. The decor of the home was wonderful - very modern and tasteful. The adults loved the outdoor area and the kids loved the pool. We really had an amazing time and will definitely be back again. This was one of the few places and we really look forward to coming back to. We have a big family and we often travel with our in-laws and friends. This home served us very well in accommodating everyone. Oh, and the game room was full of games which we loved too!

The home was beautiful when we walked in the door. The poor was clear and secured. The patio seating was ample. All bedroom on single level. We traved with our dog and it had a secure fenced in area for him. It was in a great location to several beaches and state and national parks. I would highly recommend.

This house has the space, the beds, a pool, ceiling fans, a/c, security and all things you need to feel at home.

We enjoyed this house! It’s full of amenities and all the stuff you need for a great stay. The house was clean and complete with all the basic toiletries, kitchen utensils for cooking, recreation supplies ( kids won’t get bored) & beach essentials ( umbrella, sand toys, beach chairs, beach towels ). The screened patio & pool was a great addition to the stay where we enjoyed the pool on rainy days & having enjoyed the patio without the pesky bugs on summer days. The place is really close to Johnson’s beach which is a well maintained beach complete with amenities, you just have to pay $25/vehicle fee good for 7 days. It’s also close to restaurants in Perdido key. Now most of the activities we did were in Pensacola beach which is 40 mins. Overall, we had a great stay at this house.

I would give the house four stars. It is decorated nicely, and it is spacious. It is located in a nice middle class neighborhood. It was a comfortable place to stay, for the most part. I would have had a better experience if the lawn care professionals wouldn't have shown up at 9 AM with loud power tools the morning after we arrived late at night. Then at 10 AM, the local air force jets seemed to be practicing, and the noise was jarring. But it was quiet for the rest of the week. Prepare to bring everything a kitchen would need. There are basic supplies as far as pots and pans, plates and glasses, etc. But there are no pantry staples at all. If you plan to be there beyond a weekend, you will need to purchase laundry detergent and dishwasher pods or detergent. You will need everything from salt and pepper to foil or plastic wrap or plastic bags. There is absolutely nothing available for cooking, so you will need your own spices, cooking oil, etc. if you use that kind of thing. I appreciated the pool floats, beach towels, and beach chairs/umbrella available for use. The televisions are a generous size, and I believe every bedroom was accommodated. Plus, there was a TV outside. I feel that the owners of this home did a good job preparing it to be a very welcoming vacation spot, but the Vacasa team was not very helpful. There was an ant infestation I was unaware of the first night, and I received seven or eight whitehead blisters on my hands from ant bites in the master bedroom. When I contacted Vacasa, they told me to pour water on the ants by the pool even though I told them it was an indoor infestation. I later found out that two of my guests that I had invited had switched rooms because there were bugs in the female's room, and they didn't want to embarrass me by telling me. Plus, the house smelled "skunky" when we arrived. We were told to open the doors and windows to air out the smell of marijuana. It took two days. Due to the neighbors being so close, no one is allowed to be in the pool past 10 PM. Again, I feel like the house is comfortable and cute. It was the Vacasa team who did nothing to help.
