Stylish townhouse condo near the beach with full kitchen, WiFi, and shared pool

Came to stay for the 30A Songwriter's Festival this past weekend. Great location, great views from the large balconies. Very roomy with high ceilings which added to the appeal. As per previous reviews carpeting on the steps and in the lower bedrooms could use replacing but overall did not detract from our stay and experience. Would stay again in the future. Price for the overall size of the unit was very reasonable.

This is our second stay and we had a great visit! The floors were dirty when we arrived and the WiFi was spotty the whole time, but was a wonderful stay regardless!

This condo is great. We enjoy the view and how spacious the unit is. However, there were a few things that didn’t impact the quality of our stay but were noticeable. The glass doors were not cleaned. There were child hand prints smeared all over. The TVs in the bedrooms were not used. The master only has one channel. We Couldn’t change the channel at all no matter what we did which was odd. Although we don’t go to the beach for TV it would have been nice to have it on to don’t the noise of cars driving loudly outside. The smaller bedroom had no batteries in the remote control. If we had intended to do a lot of cooking this trip that may have been an issue as the cabinets are bare and lacking some things you would need to cook a lot of things. I will say that having public beach access it a major issue in this location now. It’s not the condo owners fault, but sadly we do not intend to book this unit again since the public beach access is the most uncomfortable and stressful thing we experienced On our trip. It’s is a small area for a very populated community, people are rude, there is no system in place to make the public beach pleasant. We had to walk far and through a maze just to get to the water. There has to be a better system in place for that. If the beach isn’t your main focus this is a great community, very walkable and convenient to many things.

Had a great view of ocean and location was great! That was all that was a rare find!

The pictures don't do this place justice! Immediately upon entering we were surprised at the size of the condo. It could have used a little more thoroughness in the cleaning department but what beach condo couldn't. The proximity to the public beach was great although at a busier time than when we went, I'd say this public beach may be a bit too crowded.

We loved the location - we could hear live music from all of the neighboring restaurants and bars. Ice cream downstairs was a nightly treat! Beach access is convenient but VERY crowded. There’s only a small section that is public access sandwiched between two huge private sections. We ended up driving down a mile or so to a better access point. Two balconies were spacious and a great surprise. WiFi and cable were glitchy, the stove went out, one of the balcony doors’ lock didn’t work, and the pool gate was broken. Service was readily available but I felt like I was constantly having to say something. Bring trash bags - there was only one provided! :) all in all - we will book again! Spacious and can’t beat the location.
