The house is in a great location. Overall it does the trick for a beach vacation; however, I don’t think I’d book again. For starters, despite this home having 4 bedrooms, it can only accommodate 3 cars. That just doesn’t make sense. The home overall is dated and very run down. There was paint peeling on walls and ceilings, mildew in door jams, doors that didn’t shut properly, and an overall dinginess.

We loved our stay at Grayton beach Oasis. Perfect beach home for our growing family - 5 adults and 3 grandchildren. Having direct access to the beach from the back door was amazing and convenient. The house had all the amenities we needed and everything was in working order. We will be back!
