Enchanting ocean-view home with pool, bikes, balcony & private beach access

This was our first time booking through Vacasa, and it was such a pleasant experience. Seaview Hideaway is a beautifully updated and privately situated home conveniently located adjacent to private beach access with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants whether you prefer to walk, drive or enjoy the generously provided bikes and 6 person golf cart. The entire home and property are impeccably clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well stocked with high quality equipment and plenty of serving ware. Beds, linens and furniture are all high quality and very comfortable. We appreciated the shower near the driveway for rinsing sandy feet/beach gear and enjoyed outdoor showers in the enclosed one located near the pool. After many annual trips, this is our new favorite home in the area! Vacasa's local office did a fantastic job communicating, were so friendly, provided easy check in/out and responded quickly to a couple minor maintenance issues.

Location is perfect. Private beach access a short walk away. Home is beautifully furnished. Kitchen is a dream kitchen. Outside areas are lovely and inviting. Vacasa was very attentive to our two minor requests. Customer service was top notch. Can’t wait to stay at this home again and bring the whole family back. This home is a gem!

This house is a gem on 30A! The space, amenities and location are perfect! Glad we got to meet the owners so we can continue to enjoy this beautiful home for future vacations!

We recently stayed at Seaview Hideaway. I want to start by saying, we rent a beach house every year and we’ve stayed in many different houses and condos. This is the most beautifully decorated and well appointed home that we’ve ever rented. You can tell that the homeowner takes pride in the home and it’s not just another beach rental. The Lovesac furniture, the Kitchenaid and Vitamix mixers, top notch (and brand new) stove, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. The master suite is upstairs and it was just delightful to relax in after a long day at the pool and beach. All three showers were newly tiled and very clean. The laundry room was a nice size and there was a large capacity, high quality washer and dryer set. (Many times, a rental will have the tiny, stacked unit shoved in a closet somewhere.) The golf cart was so fun! it was nice to be able to make little trips in it and not have to worry about driving our cars or finding parking places. There is access to the private beach and the code for the gate is given to you at check-in, so the beach is not crowded. When we looked over to the far left or to the far right where the public beach was, we could see tons of umbrellas and chairs, and people just on top of each other. The walk to the beach was short and easy. My teenagers never complained once, and they are used to being full beach front. Seaview Hideaway is the perfect name for this hidden piece of heaven. We can’t wait to go back!

Five star Beach Vacation! Seaview Hideaway is a spectacular home away from home! The owner has done such a wonderful job thinking of everything that makes this the perfect getaway for your family. Huge, well-stocked kitchen, roomy bedrooms, beautiful Master Suite, sparkling clean pool with a lovely al fresco dining setup and big gas grill, great access to pool through the laundry room so no wet towels, 5 minute walk to the private beach! What more can you need? And oh, it's blissfully quiet, tucked in to the neighborhood. The golf cart gives you quick access to local happy hours, dinners & ice cream. Bikes are available for exploring all Santa Rosa has to offer. Can't say anything negative- Seaview Hideaway is one of the best we've ever stayed in for the past 30 years, and that's saying something! Book with confidence and look forward to a spectacular family vacation!
