Overall, we had a very good experience at Beach Bungalow 30A. The home was very clean including kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The layout was very functional. We loved the outdoor area and lounged at the pool several times. Unfortunately, it was mid-December, so we were not able to use the pool because it looked well maintained and clean. There were a few minor maintenance items which we reported upon check-out, but they did not detract from the overall experience. The location was perfect. It was only about 200 feet to the Dune Allen Beach public access and the same to Stinky's Fish Camp restaurant. The name is a bit off-putting, but the food and service were great. We would stay at Beach Bungalow 30A again given the opportunity.

My family got to stay at this lovely home for a week to celebrate my daughters 16 birthday. The house was very clean and in great area. The home is in a great walking distance to the beach.

Probably is great location to Beach access amd on the quite side of town for busy traffic. Dinner spots in walking distance. House needs some TLC.

Had a fabulous stay the house is wonderful and fits our needs perfectly. Pool is great and secluded. Home was very clean! House is in a great location , can see a little bit of the gulf from second and third floor balcony! Plenty of room inside to relax. Played cards and games with the family. Great house and pool for my grandbaby first vacation in Santa Rosa beach. Beach access is just a short walk away and bike path is right out front so perfect for morning walks. Will stay here again and again!
