After days of sun and fun, relax on the private furnished balcony offering tranquil, tree-lined views. Bright and inviting, the home comes well-equipped for modern comfort with central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Prepare a meal in the well-equipped full kitchen to enjoy at the dining table for three and enjoy streaming your favorite shows on the smart TV. The living room has a sofa bed for an additional sleeping option. Lasata is in The Village of Baytowne Wharf, a renowned entertainment area packed with unique shops and dining options and the host of numerous outdoor events. The beach is accessible right from the resort grounds, maximizing the time you can spend on the sugar-white sands of the Emerald Coast. Guests of this home will also have access to the complex's numerous shared amenities, including a 4,000-square-foot lagoon pool, gym, 15 tennis courts, and three golf courses. Tram passes are provided. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. Our stay was very pleasant. The Lasata is in a great location for what I was looking for. I chose Lasata because it is close to Baytown Wharf, literally a very short walking distance. I was there with my 3 children and it was an ease to walk there every evening so they could participate in activities and enjoy the events. Yes, everything is expensive there but you have to come prepared. It's vacation! I read review complaints about the condo not being on the 1st floor and someone having a hard time maneuvering the luggage cart on the ramp and parking distance. Well, those things are not in the owner's hands. We didn't have any major issues with the ramp. Just pay attention and pull and push, easy peasy :-) The condo is on the 1st floor. You have to leave the garage on the elevator and go up a floor to get to the 1st floor. When you walk out of the main door you are ground level to outdoors which was great! We were able to park in the garage every night so that wasn't an issue. Now, if you have to park in one of the parking lots that would be different. I also read that the pool is far away. Not! It is a shared pool that is in a short walking distance. I also read a review about seeing bugs. We stayed 6 nights and I saw one spider and that was expected being surrounded by woods. I travel with bug spray and cleaning wipes. The balcony view is of trees but that didn't stop me from relaxing outside. Our stay was for 6 nights and we were able to cook and live as if we were at home. The condo is well stocked with all essentials. Overall, we were very pleased and would stay here again. The reviews had me nervous but I am glad I took a chance. I do not always rely on reviews. If the price is right and worth it sometimes you should take a chance. Remember, to each is own. Be blessed!

This property is beautiful! Being right in the middle of the village is a major plus. We loved the tree lined balcony- gave us privacy and also could see the pier. It was clean, quiet, and up-to-date! We loved our stay!
