Very clean unit. Vacasa took care of our needs promptly. Nice location if you want to be in the middle of everything. This condo is on the 4th floor of Observation North. It's above and slightly to the right of the Landshark Bar and Grill and across from Rum Runners Bar. It can be very loud and noisy in the evenings and up until 2AM on weekends. And maintenance and landscapers start early in the mornings. We needed ear plugs. This unit faces the Baytown Wharf grassy courtyard area so you can see all the happenings going on. We love Baytowne Wharf and have been coming to the resort for years. Nice walking areas around. This was our first time staying in Observation North. The pool area and hot tub is very pretty and nice. It has a nice courtyard and even an outside fireplace area for those chilly nights in fall, winter and spring. We stayed for the month of February. We found that the bed was much too soft for our liking. If you want medium to firm support you won't like this bed. Couch needs replaced You will love the SanDestin Golf and Beach Resort.

We loved the location. It was convenient for the holiday fun with the Grandkids! The condo had everything we needed. The girls lived the huge bath tub. We are looking at booking again for next year!
