Cozy studio with beachview, shared pool, Wifi & hot tub

My family and I recently stayed at this property and, while there were some positive aspects of our vacation, our experience was overshadowed by a serious issue that was never addressed. At approximately 9:00 PM, my two 6-year-old grandchildren, husband and I were locked out of our room for nearly two hours. Being unable to access our room late at night with young children was stressful, inconvenient, and completely disrupted our evening. Throughout the booking process, all communications regarding the property were handled by Florida Avari, so I contacted them about the issue and requested follow-up regarding compensation or accommodations for the inconvenience. I also reached out again after the incident. Unfortunately, no one has responded or acknowledged the situation. What makes this even more disappointing is that I am now being asked to leave a review by Vacasa, yet neither Vacasa nor Florida Avari has contacted me regarding a very serious guest service issue. Being locked out of your room for two hours with young children is not a minor inconvenience, and the lack of communication afterward has left a lasting negative impression. I believe guests deserve timely assistance and follow-up when significant problems occur during their stay. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Everything in the condo was as described. Very comfortable and relaxing. Pool area was being cleaned at noon on Saturday which was very unprofessional.
