Enchanting home with pool, tennis, golf and washer/dryer

We visited Destin for a girls weekend and Tivoli Terrace did not disappoint at all. The space, the cleanliness, and the ease of check-in and check out was A1. We will definitely be staying there again

Where do I begin with the description of this wonderful property. The property is located within a gated community which is a plus. The pictures doesn't do this place any justice. It's even better in person. Inside, everything is very modern and up to date. The screened-in patios on both levels were an added bonus. There was plenty of space for all of the people in our party. To top it off, it's less than a 6 minute walk to the beach. This is without a doubt a 5 star property.

We loved the furniture and decor, and stocked with kitchen essentials. Townhouse is close to the beach (walking distance), especially since there is a $20 parking charge. Townhome also within walking distance to the pool and could see a fireworks show outside the front door. Great location and townhome!

How had everything we needed, would definitely rebook.

This condo unit was great for our two families (4 adults and 4 kids), and we would definitely stay here again! The location was a quick walk to the beach (less than 10 minutes) and the pool is right out the back door. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us - very nice having two floors. All of the beds were comfy and the kids loved the big bunk beds. The kitchen was very well stocked with dishware and everything you need to cook. Just be aware that there are no pantry items. Only 1 package of soap for the dishwasher was provided. And I don't think we were given anything for the washer or dryer. Having those available was really nice though with all of the towels and swim suits - just bring your own laundry soap. There was hand soap in the bathrooms and enough towels (after washing some of them while we were there). It would have been nice if some beach things were provided for use such as a wagon, chairs, sand toys, etc., but we had our own. The beach was very crowded while we were there, but the pool was almost always empty and we used it a lot. Loved having that so close to the unit. The screened porches were also really nice to have. We did have a problem with some of the electrical outlets while there and the service to respond to the problem by Vacasa and the local team was slow, but they did eventually respond. That was really our only complaint. Even with that, if we ever come to this area again, we would consider staying here.
