This location was perfect for our stay. We were right on the beach and not far from restaurants. It was a great stay for a short weekend getaway!

We stayed for the view but probably wouldn’t stay in this unit again. Slow toilets, loud fans, and a one inch gap in the sliding glass door that goes to the balcony. Howling winds made a lot of noise during our stay. And yes, the door was fully closed. The gap is on the left side of the door, not the side with the latch. Overall, the condo is worn and needs some work. The sheets in the master were cheap, thin, and rough - not comfortable. And on departure, the cleaning guy came right in without knocking. Evidently, he did not get notified we had paid for late checkout. Again, the view is second to none, but if we stay at the Majestic Sun again, it won’t be in this unit. And we’ll bring our own sheets in case they are all the same.

The view/patio furniture were great. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable and a plus. But the condo floors were sticky. The screen to the patio door was ripped and were weren’t able to use. The hallway bathroom sink would stop up and the toilet was unlevel. The dryer took forever to dry anything. The room with double beds was hot totally different than the rest of the condo. We started looking for a broom and opened a closet where air unit was and could see the filter checked while we were in there due to bad allergies…..and it looked liked it hadn’t been changed forever. Also tv s were unplugged cables in plugged ect. We finally got in touch with management and they asked if we give permission for someone to come in and change filter and fix TVs….we said no we wanted them to call us and we would meet them. (This didn’t happen and we found out that came into condo without calling or meeting us there.). Looks like the couch was taken out and never replaced so only a loveseat that doesn’t have a sleeper and not enough places to sit with company. I hate giving bad ratings but for future I think renters should be able to email owners directly so they know what’s going on
