Guests found the home very comfortable, highlighting the comfy beds, relaxing living spaces, and a well-equipped kitchen that supported an easy and enjoyable stay. The property was frequently described as clean and well kept, adding to its welcoming feel. Its location stood out for being close to shopping, restaurants, and especially the beach, with easy beach access and convenient parking appreciated by guests. The ocean views from the balcony and living areas were repeatedly described as gorgeous, breathtaking, and amazing, with some guests also enjoying views on both sides of the property. Guests also appreciated the pools, helpful staff communication, and thoughtful features such as the bonus bunk room, luggage carts, and strong air conditioning.

We love Miramar Beach & the Majestic Sun. We always stay at this building and we’ve been in a different unit every time. This may be our least favorite so far. We received the early check in text so we went to the room and the code we were given did not work. Had to call customer service and they immediately gave us the correct code. View is great, but the room definitely needs improvements. The floors were covered in sand when we arrived. We had a coffee maker, but there was no coffee pot to be found in the room. The toaster didn’t work. The stove is old and worn down so you can’t read which burner you’re turning on nor the heat level. The oven takes forever to get hot and cook food. If you have someone sleeping in the living room, the curtains are see through and they aren’t wide enough to cover the entire window so daylight comes in. There were stains on the smaller bedroom’s bed linens. Room just seems rundown and not taken care of. Hope all of the issues can be fixed so future guests can enjoy their stay. Our trip wasn’t ruined, but we were definitely inconvenienced.

The view and location was amazing but there were so many things that were not cleaned. Cleanliness is the #1 thing we require to be top notch when we stay anywhere and this was not it. The cleaning crew definitely needs to be re-trained on cleaning basics.
