Waterfront corner condo w/ shared pool, pool spa, fitness room, & beach service

Great location. Beach access and beach service was a plus.

The place was really nice and the ocean waters were beautiful. Wish we had a better view of the ocean but the balcony was really nice too. Enjoyed sitting out there in the mornings having my coffee. The cabinets were stocked well with everything you could need. The recliner in the living room was so comfy and the beds were too. Had a wonderful time there!

The quietness yet still being able to enjoy time with family was the perfect combination. The apartment was very spacious and had amazing views. The front gate workers were amazing! Loved being there and will be back soon!

The unit is dated, which is to be expected with beach rentals, but for $2,700 a week we expected to find a clean unit. There is carpet in both bedrooms and the living room. These carpets are so filthy that after showering we had to put on our shoes back on or our feet would get dirty. The smaller bedroom needs a new mattress and new pillows (The pillows provided were flattened and provided no support - we actually measured them and they were less than three inches in depth. It was like sleeping on a pancake.) The ceiling fan in the smaller room is broken. We suspect that this has been broken for a while since there is a portable fan in the closet of this room, but, no mention of it in the ad. The tub is missing a stopper rendering the tub useless but the shower works. The kitchen is small but functional for one person. The kitchen utensils and cookware are in need of replacement (we actually went to the outlets and purchased a new set to use during our stay.) The location to the beach is very nice and the pools are small but decent. The tennis courts are under repair (work begins promptly at 8 am Monday - Friday) but there is something going on in the unit below which makes noise throughout the day. The dryer rattles (loudly) while drying clothes. The living room pullout sofa needs a new mattress and the room’s sheers are torn. There are no curtains to provide privacy if you plan on using the pullout as a sleeping option. Before renting this unit the owner/management company really should address these issues so the next renter (you!) can enjoy the beach-side unit.

Very nice location in conjunction to the beach, shopping centers, gas stations, plazas, restaurants, etc. The room was nice but they are pricey (including a bunch of miscellaneous fees) and after doing research of comparing Main Sail vs. Cozy Cove they try to get the most profit from customers.

Great location. Perfectly clean and well maintained.
