Absolutely not worth the money. This place was extremely dirty. Mold, water damage stains on the couch the walls etc. water gets cold in the shower. The fridge leaks. I could go on and on. Do not waste your time here.

Our view was beautiful from balcony. The sliding door needs replaced so you can see through the glass. Our washer didn’t work, tech came and said he thought it was okay, but a few hours later when we came back in it was making a noise like it was running. We unplugged it and called to report. Never heard from anyone after reporting it. On Friday we got some very noisy neighbors so we chose to cut our stay short a day. Direction on how to get to your room would have been handy. For first time visitors we assumed 371 would be in third floor. Nope it was 7th floor. But we figured it out on our own as well as the direction we needed to go to get to the beach. Small fixes would make this place awesome.

The view is stunning and the condo is nicely appointed. There were a few minor issues. The biggest was the front door needs repairs, it is cracked across the door right under the lock. The cleaning crew could do a much better job also. Overall it was a nice condo just needs a little attention
