This beautifully elegant two bedroom unit at Mainsail has a wonderful Gulf view from a private eighth-floor balcony. You will enjoy the comfortable and contemporary style of this condominium. The living room has plenty of seating with a sofa, a loveseat, two chairs, a nice round dining set to seat six, and three bar stools. The master bedroom has a crisp upgraded look with a king bed, custom bedding, dark wood furniture, and access to the gulf side balcony. The guest bedroom features two nice twin beds, cozy white bedding, and carpeted floor. Both bedrooms and the living room have TVs and DVD players for your entertainment. Mainsail amenities We have spoken several times to Vacasa. Apparently they did not convey the serious air quality issues of the mold and mildew. In addition, now we were visited by roaches, and my husband had to clean out the guest bathroom drains so we could use the sink and tub. Since we made several calls in advance for this specific condo about the air quality and it was not taken seriously, trying to navigate the vacasa system to get these items addressed while on-site, was an exercise in futility. We had hoped they would have remedied the issues in 184. They did not, so we won't be staying in that condo nor using vacasa again.

The condo was perfect for our needs. Very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with whatever you might need. Balcony furniture was very comfortable for hanging out enjoying the beautiful view of the beach. Loved the pool area. Everything you might need is within half a mile. Would highly recommend this condo. Plan on renting it next year. Lynn
