The fully equipped kitchen has crisp white cabinetry and upgraded black and white appliances. The primary bedroom has a magnificent dark wood sleigh bed, a TV, a DVD player, and tiled floors. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, nice dark wood furniture, a TV, and a DVD player. The third bedroom offers two wicker twin beds, a TV, and a DVD player. We loved out stay, very spacious condo with unbeatable views. The balcony is huge!! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything to cook. Bedrooms were comfortable and clean. We are hoping to book again next year!

Awesome view, great for family, clean despite showing its age. We have no complaints. We have 2 school age kids and went back to the beach and pool so easily. Loved that it came with beach chair service.

You cannot beat the location. We loved the large oceanfront balcony. The unit was very clean but definitely needs updating. The only issue we had was the master bedroom mattress desperately needs to be replaced. It sinks very bad in the middle and it’s impossible to not end up being squished together in the middle all night. Mainsail is one of our favorite condo resorts in the area and we have stayed in several nicer units. Highly recommend Mainsail for ease of beach access.

Right at the beach. Sit on the beach with the provided umbrella and chairs. Sit on the balcony and look out at the dolphins and sea birds. If you need a break from the sun sit on the couch and watch the waves from the comfort of air conditioning.
