Kick back and relax in this friendly home by the sea! The beach is just a short walk across Scenic Gulf Drive - shower off the sand easily in the outdoor shower between trips. Feel free to relax in the central air conditioning, and three ceiling fans (including one in each bedroom) will help keep everyone cool throughout the home. Every bedroom has an en suite bathroom, so everyone can prepare for the beach at their own pace. The hutch-style desk in the living room is perfect for finishing up remote schoolwork before heading out to the beach. Of course, guests can also enjoy access to the shared community pool during their stay. What's nearby: Don't forget to stop at Pompano Joe's (just a little more than a half mile down the beach) for some coconut shrimp once you reach the beach! Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just over four miles away. Enjoy shopping for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, three-and-a-half miles from the townhouse. Gator Beach, just under four miles away, hosts free shows and exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals, including a rare albino alligator. I have been in these houses several times and they really make it so confortable that it feels like home. Vacasa as a property manager is a really great service provider and takes real care of their customers and expectations. Any text that I had a question about, I got a message back instantly. This property had an amazing view, great parking lot, few steps from the pool and across the street from the beach (with a private access gate), and really enjoyed every single part of it. Would recommend %100 to anyone wanting to go to the beach and wanting a great and comfortable place to stay.

This unit was perfect. I’ve stayed in two other units at Gulf Winds East and this was by far the best. The place was immaculate and had everything you needed. Just steps to the beach and pool. Having a washer and dryer was a plus too. Very friendly neighbors. I will definitely be booking this unit in the near future as I vacation here twice a year

We really loved the location just right across the street. We also loved that we could walk straight up to the back where we could wash our feet off and to get all the sand off of everything and be able to walk in the side door and keep a towel there to dry off. This makes it so much easier than staying at a condo. Everything was clean and we were asked if everything was ok with room with Vacasa as soon as we checked in. We also loved that it was literally 4 feet from the front door to our parking place that is amazing when unpacking. Also having an area that was a gated area to the beach made the area not overcrowded with large condos not being real close and the public beach being further down the road. This was our first time going this time of year and it was amazing👍 we will be back
